Welcome to the FAQ

Curious about how this works? We believe in transparency, so let us break it down for you…

How it works:

1) How does the 60-second challenge work?

The 60-second challenge entails two non-contact 30-second face and voice scans, which allows us to detect your blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart rate, stress, anxiety and depression levels without ever identifying you. You will receive a screening report with a list of self-management tips, recommendations and wellbeing perks from local brands - all on us!

2) How often can I take the 60-second challenge?

Checking in on your wellbeing every day is like taking a daily temperature check of your overall health. By making this a habit, it could help you to improve emotional regulation, enhance productivity and focus, strengthen relationships, foster a greater sense of control over your overall wellbeing, and ultimately lay a foundation for a longer and happier life.

3) Can I scan only my face without my voice?

While you can choose to scan just your face, including voice analysis may offer a more complete picture of your wellbeing, as research has suggested links between acoustic patterns and stress, anxiety, and depression.

4) What should I do with the results?

Your results, while informational and non-diagnostic, offer valuable insights into your overall wellbeing and help you to identify areas to pay attention to. Besides receiving self-management tips, recommendations and wellbeing perks from us, you may also wish to explore lifestyle adjustments to improve certain areas or have a chat with healthcare professionals for personalised advice. Even at your best, don’t forget to celebrate your wellbeing!

5) What is the science behind your solution?

Remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) is a non-contact technology that uses optical sensors to measure vital signs and blood oxygen saturation by analysing subtle skin colour changes caused by blood flow to enable real-time health monitoring without the need for physical sensors or wearables, ensuring accessibility for remote or underserved populations. Data and Privacy:

6) What data is collected during the screening?

We scan and analyse non-identifiable data points like micro-expressions, heart rate, skin tone, voice modulation, and facial blood flow.

7) How is my data protected?

Because all scanned data is anonymised, there is no risk of data loss or exposure, even in the unlikely event of a data breach. We are fully compliant to the PDPA.

8) Are you using my data to train your AI?

No, we are not using your personal data, specifically face or voice scans, to train our AI model. Our AI is trained on a large, proprietary dataset that is representative of Singapore's population. This dataset is distinct from individual user data and is constructed through rigorous research protocols. All research is IRB (ethics) approved and conducted separately with the explicit consent of research participants. Therefore, we do not utilise your personal information in our AI training.

9) Can I access my data?

Yes, you may instruct us to store your data by providing us your email address. Otherwise, as all data is anonymous, and we are unable to trace it back to you.
